Along with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, by using our Service, you agree to following terms and conditions.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
The Terms and Conditions of RecoverMy.Video APP (https://app.recovermy.video) are not covered by these Terms and Conditions of RecoverMy.Video.

RecoverMy.Video is an API client to connect to multiple video platforms. It currently supports the YouTube video platform.
RecoverMy.Video keeps track of your channel's playlist videos by syncing your channel playlists on a regularly base to its database.
If any of those synced playlist videos got deleted or set to private, RecoverMy.Video will be able to identify the titles of those videos by matching your current playlist videos with the ones stored in RecoverMy.Video's database before.
The titles of those videos will be displayed to you in the context of time.
To use RecoverMy.Video you need an RecoverMy.Video account.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username, the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscriptions in our sole discretion.
RecoverMy.Video requires its users to create an user account by submitting a registration form or by using Google One Tap.
The registration form asks you to enter your email address and a password. To verify your email address you'll receive a confirmation email after you've submitted the registration form. The user account will be completed as soon as the confirmation link in the confirmation email gets clicked.
If you want to use your Google account to create an account, RecoverMy.Video offers a Google One Tap sign-up. By using Google One Tap RecoverMy.Video will use following authentication scopes in order to access the corresponding user information of your Google account.
The Google user id, the Google profile picture and your Google email will be saved to RecoverMy.Video's database.
The Google user id is needed to identify your user account on sign-in. The profile picture is used on your RecoverMy.Video profile page in order to show you that you've created your account by using your Google account.
The email address is a mandatory RecoverMy.Video account credential. If email notifications are enabled, you'll be able to receive notifications about recovered video titles.
There are multiple ways to revoke YouTube access for RecoverMy.Video in order to delete your YouTube data in RecoverMy.Video's database or to delete your RecoverMy.Video account at all.
On your RecoverMy.Video's profile page you'll find a link called "Delete account". By clicking this link all your data stored in RecoverMy.Video's database gets deleted immediately. At the same time you revoke access to your YouTube channel(s).
If you don't log in for more than 6 months, you'll be notified via E-Mail that your account will be deleted within 10 days. To prevent account deletion and to reactivate your account, you just have to log in. An account deletion also revokes access permissions to your YouTube channel(s).
RecoverMy.Video offers a channel manager in order to grant or revoke access permissions to your YouTube channel(s). If you want to delete all YouTube data which got fetched and saved by RecoverMy.Video, just revoke access permissions to the corresponding channel. The YouTube channel data will get deleted within a max. of 5 days.
Another way to delete your YouTube data is to revoke YouTube access by using the Google security settings page.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by us until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
RecoverMy.Video may be billed on a Subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). In that case, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
Note that Subscriptions are auto renewed. You are able to cancel the renewals on your dashboard -- see the account page.
We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the RecoverMy.Video after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and granted in our sole discretion.
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through RecoverMy.Video may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the promotion rules will apply.
RecoverMy.Video and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any other way exploit or reverse engineer RecoverMy.Video.
RecoverMy.Video may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to RecoverMy.Video immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply delete your account on RecoverMy.Video.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our licensee and licensors, our employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of RecoverMy.Video, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use of RecoverMy.Video; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party of RecoverMy.Video; (iii) any content obtained from RecoverMy.Video; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
In order to keep RecoverMy.Video's service performant, there's a limit of 20.000 videos (September 2023) which can be updated per channel. This limit might be adjusted if needed without any further notice to guarantee a stable service to all users.
There's no guaranteed sync cycle (time between two syncs). If a video gets added and deleted (or set to private) between two syncs, RecoverMy.Video will not be able to identify such a video. We try our best to sync as often as possible. The sync cycle is depending on the total amount of channels of all RecoverMy.Videos users and on the availability and performance of the video platform APIs. The video platform APIs are not under our control.
Your use of the RecoverMy.Video is at your sole risk. RecoverMy.Video is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RecoverMy.Video is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We and our subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that...
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 24 hours notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
